Between my clients n friends I am constantly surprised by just how hard it can be for a woman to show ourselves little love
Why we feel unworthy of loving ourselves ?
Why we feel guilty if are not constantly love others ?
Why it is so tricky to kind to ourselves ?
Lets start from just your notebook everyday .
1) Just write down list of your positives and read it aloud everyday for you
(Ex I am very good at remembering birthdays , my handwriting is beautiful)
2)Creat a list of efforts you made for your family's betterment , and read it aloud .
Ex (-i cleaned table when he was in hurry , i kept cool when he was in tension and having work pressure )
3)Write nice things about your physical beauty and read it aloud
(Ex My eyes are expressive and hair are silky )
5)Writedown five ways how you will take care of yourself before the day starts
(Ex-I will buy classical cd for myself and I will have a cup of coffee at CCD because i love it )
4)write a list of things , you are grateful about "Who you are "
(Ex I am grateful about myself because i can not say yes when i want to say no )
6) Try to write down your negative words with positive words .
(Ex instead i am poor driver say I am making effort for skillful driving )
7)write name of few women whom you admire and why
(Ex I like shobha day because she carries herself verywell )
8) write two name of women whom you like , make a call n say hello to them .
(Ex Today I will spare time from my household routine and call my childhood friend because it gives me pleasure )
9)write 'choose to ' instead 'have to ' >
(Ex- Instead I have to be 'Stay-at home mom ' you can say ' I choose to be stay at mom so ownership goes with you and you feel responsible and contended )
10) write one quality atleast "why anyone will fall in love with u "
(Ex Anyone can fall in love with me the way I greet others and the way I make others comfortable)
And in the end
